PuttCue Priority Reservation Terms

Effective October 7, 2026.

Reservation only

The $100 payment is a refundable priority reservation for a product still in development. It is not a Kickstarter pledge, not a final purchase, and does not guarantee a final feature set, production date, or delivery date.

Refundability

The reservation remains refundable before it is affirmatively converted into a purchase or other final transaction. If PuttCue is not produced, unconverted reservation deposits will be refundable.

Kickstarter

If a Kickstarter campaign is launched, reservation holders will receive instructions designed to avoid duplicate payment. A reservation does not count as a Kickstarter pledge.

Product development

Dimensions, weight, ranging performance, mounting methods, electronics, pricing and other specifications shown during pre-launch are development targets and may change following prototype testing and manufacturing validation.
